For your final oral task I want you to make a video in which you describe an object or gadget that you really like, but you also need to talk about its otigin and evolution. The idea is to prepare a Power Point presentation and use a website (https://screencast-o-matic.com/) for creating your video. You can use a different software if you wish, but you need to post your at YouTube or uploaded to a cloud (Drive per ce) and share the link with the class. The following video is a brief tutorial.

A 3-4 minutes oral presentation through a video in which you show your progress regarding spoken abilities by describing the origin, evolution and aspects (description, parts, funtion, material, color, shape, etc.) of an object or gadget.. |
PREPARATION |
1. Choose an object or gadget that carches your attention (bike, smartphone, car, etc.) 2. Prepare a Power Point presentation with visual support do not write too much text on the slides. Only key words that help you to remember what you have to say. 4. Make a video with your presentation, but you need to appear on it (Screencast-o-matic id a useful tool for this kind of activity). Remember that this is a speaking activity, not a reading one. 5. Finally, publish your video link in the blog created for this activity. The due date is November 10, 23018 at 23;59. |

Hi,
In our last session I showed you a personal example about the task you are going to prepare for our coming class. Remember that the idea is to talk about theee different kinds of experiences (family moments, friends, travelling, food, etc.) and into category you need to show the class four photographs or pictures about it. These pics are the support for telling the class details about when those actuivities took place.

1. Choose the three types of experiences you want to share with the class. 2. Use a slideshow for the presentation (Power Point or Prezi). 3. Incorporate visuals into your presentation, but do not write too much text on the slides. Only key words that help you to remember what you have to say. 4. When delivering your presentation, reading out loud is not an option.
